Project Scope
Throughout your home’s build, Trailside acts as both your strategic and logistical partner, helping organize and deliver the necessary resources for each phase of the project. We’re there for you every step of the way to ensure progress, on schedule and within budget as we complete the following steps:
Deliverables: Project Schedule, Home Design, Site Plan, Landscape & Grading Plan

Design Approval
In this phase, you determine the many details that will make this home uniquely yours. You may choose to partner with a contracted Interior Designer or select from a wide range of Trailside-designed options that truly set your home apart.

Values & Construction
Once your final design has been approved, Trailside will help connect you with our extensive network of vendors, followed by the delivery of your final, itemized estimated Cost to Construct. The following actions take place in quick succession:
Deliverables: Construction Agreement, Schedule of Values, Construction Schedule
