MARKETING & CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR

The ideal candidate for this position would have real estate experience, preferably new and custom homes, a 4-year degree and experience with advertising, marketing, public relations, special events, project management or a related field. Other key attributes the candidate must possess include strong written and verbal communication skills, strict attention to detail, excellent computer skills, high level of organization, the ability to multitask with an eagerness to jump in wherever needed. Implement experience and knowledge to empower the team and capture growth opportunities, while also learning from and improving existing systems.

Position Summary

The Coordinator position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and is an integral part of the team, supporting key marketing and sales activities that directly drive our brand and business trajectory goals. Serve as a point person for customer intake initiatives developing ways to nurture incoming and existing customers. Meet and exceed sales and marketing objectives, assist with increasing market share and visibility (Know, Like, Trust), demonstrate extensive market knowledge, direct sales support, generate sales & marketing reporting. The position will be fast-paced, handling many issues concurrently, which are often time-sensitive.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

The ideal will have accounting and financial analysis experience, preferably in the construction industry and a 4-year degree in accounting, business administration or finance. Other key attributes the candidate must possess include strong written and verbal communication skills, strict attention to detail, excellent computer skills, high level of organization, the ability to multitask with an eagerness to jump in wherever needed. Position Summary

The position requires balancing multiple priorities, being aware of and responsive to the demands of a multi-person team and coordinating working closely with cross-functional teams. The position will be fast-paced, handling many issues concurrently, which are often time-sensitive. The Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist position reports directly to the CFO and is an integral part of the team, providing accounting support, job profitability analysis, and financial reporting to support business trajectory goals. This role will work closely with current and potential lenders as well as equity investors.

Skills – Experience – Qualifications

  • Reconcile bank accounts (monthly)
  • Record cash activity in Accounting software as well as Excel Cash tracker
  • Reconcile job costs between QuickBooks and Builder Trend (monthly)
  • Assist with monthly close process and preparation of financial statements
  • Compile information required for lenders
  • Process payroll (semi-monthly)
  • File B&O tax returns (monthly)
  • Prepare and record journal entries required to accurately reflect the monthly activity
  • Assisting with the development and evaluation of budgets and preparing budget reports
  • Build and maintain financial models
  • Update weekly dashboard reports for leadership team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and investors
  • Prepare lender packages for new loan request
  • Prepare investor fliers for new projects
  • Develop investor reporting package for current investors
  • Prepare proforma for feasibility analysis on new projects
  • Perform cost analysis reporting on all jobs
  • Serve as expert on BuilderTrend software to create/modify reports
  • Prepare cost per SF cost analysis

PURCHASING PROFESSIONAL

You will work with company project management teams, construction managers and our finance department to develop pricing models, recruit and train vendor relationships and help customers understand the cost of their project. The goals is to contribute to improving our production processes while reducing costs and delivering homes more efficiently.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

You will work with the Director of Construction Operations, company project management teams, construction managers and our finance department to develop pricing models, recruit and train vendor relationships, develop and maintain municipal relationships, and help customers understand the cost of their project. The goals is to contribute to improving our production processes while reducing costs and delivering homes more efficiently.

Develop process, engage with project management teams to deliver administrative support starting with permitting, and throughout the process of delivering a completed home. This includes the coordination of all home starts, and ensuring all home deliveries are on time, on budget and to our quality standards.

Skills – Experience – Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management/related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Highly Organized – Self Starter.
  • Ability to efficiently use computer systems including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.; commitment to learning and becoming a proficient user of BuilderTrend, Box and Salesforce, the company’s information management system.

CUSTOM HOME PROJECT MANAGER 

You’ll work with the construction team to lead and manage custom home projects with our carefully selected team of subcontractors and vendors in a great working environment. We build custom or semi-custom homes from our plan line, or we work with customers to design and build their home uniquely to their specifications. You will have the opportunity to contribute improvements to our custom home production processes, reducing costs, timelines, and delivering homes more efficiently.

Position Summary

We seek a custom home superintendent with 6+ years’ experience managing high quality custom home projects in a rapid growth environment. You will have the opportunity to implement your experience and knowledge to empower our team and capture growth opportunities, while also learning from and improving our systems.

Skills – Experience – Qualifications

  • candidates will have 6+ years of experience leading high quality unique residential construction projects on time and on budget. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate accurately in writing while creating or editing job documents. You will be working with an internal team and also must be comfortable meeting with homeowners and clients.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of project management experience
  • At least 8 years in the construction industry or equivalent training and education.
  • Demonstrated success in leading team of builders and construction teams; including using a variety of approaches to help others develop to their fullest potential
  • Bring your positive attitude to the team and demonstrate professional customer service skills
