The Trailside Story - Our Team

Retreat with us to the beauty of the Northwest and the comfort of a Trailside Home.

Established in 2011, Trailside Homes is owned and operated by locals – taking full advantage of the outdoor lifestyle. We treat every relationship with the personal attention you’d expect from a friend of the family.

We are an authentic Pacific Northwest homebuilder and real estate brokerage specializing in building and selling homes in communities designed for people who love the outdoor lifestyle. Trailside Homes seek to create homes and communities, which enhance every aspect of a person’s life by connecting people to the outdoors.

Like many who own a home in the area, we also have roots in the city. We understand the pursuit of work/life balance and the desire for a home that combines modern convenience with the privacy and intimacy of a wooded retreat.

We invite you to explore the places we love and the communities we have designed and built or the beauty of Suncadia Resort, where we are a featured builder.  Explore our newest home designs and custom home services and decide for yourself if we can bring you closer to what you love.

A team that knows what it means to be home.

Collectively, our team has called the area “home” for hundreds of years. We are real estate experts, development specialists, craftsmen, architects, landscape and interior designers. Perhaps most of all, we are outdoor enthusiasts. If you are ready to own or build your perfect mountain retreat, we are eager to show you around.
