Sean has worked in real estate development and place-making since 1993. He is passionate about the outdoor lifestyle and sharing it with others. Sean’s is a visionary leader – having assembled a team of like-minded individuals with skills and talents that span the spectrum of home and land development, architecture, interior and landscape design – and more. He is a creative, flexible and collaborative partner who is truly invested in delivering your dream of the perfect mountain retreat. Away from the office, Sean is a voracious reader who names hiking and snowmobiling among his favorites.
Jennifer Ewart, Trailside Real Estate Designated & Managing Broker, Trailside Homes Director of Special Projects
Jennifer has worked in real estate since 1999 with experience in residential, land and timber acquisitions, as well as home and land development. She directs a team of associates who represent Trailside Homes including everything from land and custom homes, to new construction, move-in-ready, spec and resale. A longtime resident of the area, Jennifer enjoys hiking, biking, snowmobiling and great wine with good friends.
Jonathan Oquist, Trailside Homes Director of Construction
Jonathan is a third generation home builder and brings over 15 years of experience to the Trailside Homes team. In addition to his construction experience, Jonathan also brings years of experience of AutoCad drafting. Jonathan’s favorite local spot is in the remote backcountry of the upper Teanaway valley.
Billy Pritchett, Trailside Homes Superintendent
Billy is an enthusiastic team member with a diverse set of growing skills from high-accuracy in mathematical measurements to stamina in the field. Billy has been working in construction since he graduated high school in Quincy, Washington. He also holds a B.S in Biology from Central Washington University in Ellensburg. Originally from California, Billy spends his free time fishing, camping and enjoying snow sports.
Kevin Breinholt, Trailside Homes Senior Superintendent
Kevin has more than 14 years of diverse construction experience working as an area superintendent and project manager, overseeing multiple developments from land development to occupancy. His career in construction began early as a residential framer and progressed all the way to owning his own general contracting firm. Born and raised in Orem, Utah, Kevin has a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. In his free time, Kevin enjoys to golf.
