This year in homebuilding we saw people trend toward highly efficient and resourceful living spaces. As TV shows like Tiny House Nation and Tiny House Builders gain in popularity, more and more people are wondering if the minimalist movement might be the right lifestyle for them.

In Upper Kittitas County, we discovered there was an interest in access to the four seasons lifestyle while owning practical and affordable real estate at the same time. Our response to these humble outdoor enthusiasts? An economical home plan line that stays true to our building values. Trailside Homes is proud to introduce, The Cabin Collection.

Designed using the Trailside Design360 philosophy, these homes offer dynamic living spaces, a smart variety of floor plans and an overall lower price point compared to other new homes in the area. Targeting a sweet spot in size, the Cabin Collection homes are around 2,000 sq.ft. and range from three to four bedrooms with both single and two-story layouts.

The first homes in this collection are available on one-acre lots in the Meadow Ridge community, situated on the north side of I-90 in Cle Elum. These cabins truly emphasize the best aspects of this neighborhood – southern views, rolling topography, and, due to the small footprint, plenty of versatile outdoor space too.
